It begins with a review of prior research about basic concepts of assessment and continues with a discussion about using the TOEIC L&R as a placement tool. Benefits and drawbacks of using the TOEIC L&R are explored, followed by an explanation of the placement system’s various processes and results, ending with an evaluation of its effectiveness and suitability. | |||||||||
